The manager Servihabitat has registered a “rapid recovery in activity in the real estate sector”. Its current levels are comparable to those seen before the pandemic, explained the company in a statement.

The servicer owned by Lone Star and CaixaBank has assured that now that estate agents have been allowed to resume their activity gradually right across the country, “the volume of visits being made is already equivalent to 90% of those that were being carried out before the State of Emergency was declared.
