Servihabitat Launches a Campaign to Sell 3,000 Properties with Discounts of Up To 30%

The servicer owned by Lone Star and CaixaBank has launched a campaign to encourage the purchase of second homes by selling more than 3,000 properties with an average price of 92,000 euros.

Servihabitat, the servicer owned by Lone Star and CaixaBank, has launched a new campaign to encourage the purchase of second homes. The new initiative offers more than 3,000 homes for sale with an average price of 92,000 euros and discounts of up to 30%.

The properties, which are owned by different clients with which Servihabitat operates, are located mostly in the provinces of Valencia (10.5%); Alicante 8.6%; Murcia and Malaga (both 8.4%). They are all situated in coastal areas with strong tourist appeal.
