Servihabitat closed last year with a 26.7% increase in the number of real estate transactions compared to 2019 and with a 48% increase in the number of transactions compared to 2020, as reported by the servicer on Tuesday.
The residential segment was one of the most active, with 21% more homes sold during 2021 than 2019. In addition, the tertiary sector showed its strong recovery, with Servihabitat’s volume of asset sales exceeding the figure recorded three years ago. Compared to 2020, the growth percentages stood at 40% and 52%, respectively.
