The hotel chain Selenta, owned by Jordi Mestre, is negotiating the sale of the Expo Hotel Valencia for between 30 and 35 million euros, according to Vozpópuli.
These negotiations are taking place shortly after the Selenta Group sold the Nobu Hotel Barcelona to the fund manager ASG for 80 million euros.
