The British Socimi Segro has expanded its land portfolio in Spain with the purchase of eight logistics plots located in the metropolitan areas of Barcelona and Madrid. Together, the plots have a combined buildable surface area of more than 240,000 square metres.
Specifically, the firm has acquired five plots in the towns of Cerdanyola del Vallès, Terrassa, Palau-Solità i Plegamans and Viladecans, in Barcelona. In addition, it has purchased a 14,000 square metre logistics warehouse, which is already leased, in Polinyà (Barcelona).
