The price of second-hand housing in Spain fell by 4.4% year-on-year in the second half of 2020, to record 3 consecutive 6-month periods of decreases, according to the XXXII Report from Tecnocasa and Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
The authors of the report recall that the second-hand market has been registering price decreases since the second half of 2019 and they point out the increasing role that negotiations are playing in transactions.
