Second-Hand House Prices Grew in 2020 Despite Covid, According to pisos.com

Girona is the province where house prices rose by the most (9.42%), whilst Ourense is where they fell by the most (-6.34%), according to the real estate portal.

Average house prices rose slightly in 2020 (by 0.47%), according to the annual report prepared by the real estate portal pisos.com, which also reveals that the average price of a second-hand home now amounts to 1,719 euros per square metre.

Ferran Font, Head of Research at pisos.com, said that the decreases “have not been very significant”; and that he expects that “they will be gradually absorbed by the supply”.
