Scanell Properties, the real estate development and investment company specialising in large industrial and logistics projects, has closed the acquisition of a plot of land spanning 25,652 square meters in the Alovera Industrial Park, in Guadalajara.
Now, the company is going to develop a logistics warehouse at risk. The new property will have a gross leasable area of 12,500 square meters and will house a single tenant. The space will have 16 loading docks, a wide manoeuvring bay spanning 35 meters and a free warehouse height of 11.5 meters, in addition to an outdoor car park with 48 spaces.
