Savills Aguirre Newman has appointed Rubén Rubio as its new director of Industrial-Logistics Capital Markets. The director has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Rubio began his professional career as a consultant in Capital Markets and logistics land at CBRE, before joining the team at Arnaiz Consultores, where he held the position of Director of Real Estate Advisory. In recent years, he has worked for Cushman & Wakefield, as Head of Logistics Investment, as well as for Valliance.
