The Company for the Management of Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has sold two industrial buildings located on the Carretera de Mig Industrial Park to Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council (Barcelona) for almost five million euros.
Specifically, the assets are located on two industrial plots spanning 6,500 and 925 square metres, respectively. They are located between the Sant Josep and Bellvitge neighbourhoods.
