Sareb Sells a Batch of 75 Homes to the Valencian Government

The public administration is going to pay five million euros for the homes acquired, which will be used to create a public stock of homes for rent.

Valencia.

The Community of Valencia has formalised the purchase of 75 homes from the Company for the Management of Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) for five million euros. The purchase will serve to create a public stock of homes to help meet the housing needs in the region.

The homes are distributed throughout the region with 30 in Castellón, 28 in Valencia and 17 in Alicante. The transaction was completed during a ceremony in which Ana Múgica, Sareb’s Director of the Eastern Territory, and César Jiménez Doménech, the regional secretary for Housing and Social Affairs, participated.
