The Company for the Management of Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has sold 54,500 square metres of residential and tertiary land in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
The buyer is the property developer group La Llave de Oro and the operation has been closed through Altamira Asset Management. The transaction amounted to 15 million euros.
