During the pandemic, several build to rent operations were registered. And this activity is expected to increase after the summer, with several processes currently in progress or in the initial phase of due diligence, that will end up closing during the third quarter of the year.
One of them has been baptised Project Stone. It is a development comprising 290 flats -currently under construction – in the Toledan municipality of Seseña, which became famous during the last real estate boom for the macro-urbanisation project planned by Rafael Hernando, known as ‘El Pocero’.
