The Company for the Management of the Assets Proceeding from Bank Restructuring, Sareb, has received a total of 20.74 million euros from Caixabank for the rectification of the asset transfer agreement with Bankia and Banco Mare Nostrum, which were absorbed by the entity.
According to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), in total, the correction of the contracts signed with Bankia amounts to 15.035 million euros, which corresponds to perimeter adjustments.
