The Company for the Management of Assets from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has put 1,584 finalist plots of land up for sale all over Spain.
In total, the plots span a combined surface area of 1,473,339 square metres and their sale is being aimed at professional developers. The total price of the assets amounts to 174 million euros.
