The Company for the Management of Assets proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has moved to its new headquarters located in a building that it owns on Calle Costa Brava 12, in the Madrilenian neighbourhood of Mirasierra, as announced by Brainsre.
Specifically, the property has an above ground surface area of 6,000 square metres and it was the first office building that Sareb renovated to put on the market, both for rent and for purchase.
