The Board of Directors of the Company for the Management of Assets from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has proposed the appointment of Javier García del Río as CEO of the company, which must be approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held in October 2020.
García del Río currently serves as the Director General of Sareb after his incorporation in February, and he is responsible for the seven functional business areas of the company, specifically: Portfolio Management, Finance and Management Control, Commercial Management, Real Estate Developments and Wealth Management, Loan Management, the Management of People, Processes and Technologies, and Real Estate Asset Management.
