Aelca is marketing six developments in the Community of Valencia that have come from the portfolio of properties promoted by Árqura Homes, the real estate firm created by Sareb. The developments in question are Residencial Sonet, Annua Torrent, Aldeia San Antonio, Arnei Peñíscola, Arel Benidorm and Anak Alicante.
The six projects, which are located in the provinces of Valencia, Castellón and Alicante, comprise 281 homes in total and are going to be put on the market together with two other projects, comprising an additional 118 homes, taking the total number of new-build homes up for sale to 399.
