Sareb (the Company for the Management of Assets proceeding from the Bank Restructuring) has reached an agreement with the City of Torrent (Valencia) to temporarily assign it 16 homes for affordable rental.
The homes assigned by the company may be occupied by families who have defaulted on their rental payments or who do not have a valid rental contract. In return, Sareb will receive a fixed monthly consideration of €125 for the free homes and €75 euros for those that are occupied.
