
The President of Santander Mexico, Marcos Martínez Gavica, is one of the members of a group of Aztec investors who have come to Spain with the aim of spending €150 million in the real estate sector. Martínez Gavica will soon leave his role as President of the bank in Mexico after almost 25 years linked to the entity.
His interests centre on the retail segment, specifically, flagship stores. His intention is to acquire establishments measuring around 2,000 m2, according to reports from El Confidencial.
