Clikalia has obtained financing from Banco Santander to expand its digital sales to more Spanish cities. The proptech plans to roll out its services in more Spanish cities over the coming months.
Mouro Capital is the fund that replaced Santander Innoventures; it has 400 million dollars to spend. Clikalia was founded in 2017 with the aim of digitising the real estate sector by enabling buyers to submit offers for properties in just 24 hours and, if accepted, complete the purchase within 7 days, whereby considerably reducing the time it takes to sell a home.
