The latest major real estate operation involving the Real Madrid footballer Sergio Ramos has not turned out as planned. The Sevillian footballer invested in the company ‘Desarrollos Inmobiliarios Los Berrocales’ (DILB), with the aim of developing a new PAU in Madrid, Los Berrocales, for the construction of 22,000 homes.
However, that company has now been forced to exchange its main asset, the land in the area, with its creditors for failing to pay its debts, according to Cinco Días.
