Temprano Capital Partners has awarded the contract for the construction of its student residence in Getafe to Grupo San José Constructora. The residence will provide premium accommodation to more than 400 students in the Madrilenian town.
This will be the company’s first asset in Madrid and the eleventh that it will incorporate into its portfolio of student residences on the Iberian Peninsula.
