Avantespacia -the real estate company controlled by the Jove family- has awarded Grupo San José the contract to construct a new-build residential complex in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The development will consist of two 18-storey towers, which will house 100 homes with one to four bedrooms.
The common areas of the residential blocks will include 174 parking spaces, 100 storage rooms, 13 commercial premises, a community space, a waste reserve space and a swimming pool with a solarium. The project also includes plans for the construction of an outdoor, public urbanisation spanning 3,850 square metres. The urbanisation will have an access road, green areas, public lighting, street furniture and recreational areas for adults and children.
