Salomon 1965 has finalised an agreement with Inés Miró-Sans, owner of the Casa Bonay hotel in the centre of Barcelona, to build two luxury hotels on the Costa Brava, according to Expansión.
The brothers’ family office invest around 30 million euros in developing two hotels in the municipality of Begur, in Girona.
The two plots of land, one purchased from Altamira and the other from local owners, have a total surface area of 30,000 m2. The land acquired is for final use, and the investment has the relevant environmental permits, according to Salomon 1965’s CEO, Harry Serra.
The family office expects the first hotel to open in 2023 and the second by the end of 2024.
