As part of its Real Estate Registry Statistics, the College of Registrars has published its first piece of research into the changes happening in Spain in terms of house purchases, following the lockdown and the Covid 19 pandemic.
In its report corresponding to the third quarter of the year, the registrars state that, compared to the previous quarter, there was an increase in the weight of single-family house sales of 1.94 basis points, with a corresponding decrease in the weight of flat sales.
