Sales of new-build homes are growing at a faster rate than those of second-hand homes, as reported by Sociedad de Tasación on Wednesday.
Specifically, during the first 10 months of last year, new home transactions increased by 39% YoY, compared to second-hand home transactions, which grew by less than 35%.
