Saint Croix Holding Immobilier has finalised the acquisition of an office building in Madrid. The socimi of the Colomer family, owners of Pryconsa, sent a note to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) confirming the deal.
The asset is located at 14 Calle de Arapiles, in the Chamberí district, and has a gross leasable area of more than 6,777 m2.
The property will be leased to “a top-tier operator, which will occupy the entire building once the demolition, structural restoration and renovation of general installations, among other works, have been completed”, said Saint Croix, who indicated that “these works are expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2022”.
The transaction, which CBRE advised, closed for approximately 20 million euros, according to market sources.
