Saint Croix Holding Immobilier has acquired the Sexta Avenida shopping centre in Madrid, the company informed the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV) on Tuesday.
The Colomer family’s socimi has formalised, in a public deed and before the notary Jesús Roa, the acquisition of the building, located at 2 Avenida de la Victoria, in El Plantío, a neighbourhood in the district of Moncloa-Aravaca.
The asset, acquired from ASG, has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 16,870 m2 and has 423 outdoor parking spaces. Its value is estimated at more than six million euros, according to sources consulted by Brainsre.news.
In the Sexta Avenida shopping centre there are beauty and health, sports and leisure, fashion and accessories, home and decoration, and services and technology shops from brands such as Alain Afflelou, Divina and Muy Mucho. There is also a Mercadona hypermarket and restaurants such as Ginos and Vips.
