Banco Sabadell has granted two loans amounting to 300 million euros in total to the real estate developer Culmia, formerly Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (SDIN), according to financial sources speaking to El Confidencial.
On the one hand, the entity chaired by Josep Oliu has granted a mortgage loan of up to 150 million euros and, on the other, a corporate loan for a similar figure, with a repayment term of five years.
