Lots of investors are focusing on the hotel sector. In this context, the British investment firm Round Hill is finalizing the purchase of the Hotel Florida Norte, in Madrid, for 80 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
The Faranda Group, which is owned by the Fernández Hoyos family, is divesting the asset, which is located in the centre of the city in the Madrid Río area.
