Room007 is beginning its acquisition policy. The specialist hostel and boutique hotel operator has completed the purchase of its counterpart Bluesock Hostels.
The acquisition of its competitor will see Room007 expand its portfolio with an additional 91 rooms and 404 beds, spread over two hostels located in Madrid and Lisbon. Specifically, the Madrilenian asset is located on Gran Vía 6 and the Portuguese property on Rúa Manuel Jesús Coelho 1, just 20 meters from Avenida de Liberdade.
