Roebuck Asset Management and GFH Financial Group have acquired the logistics platform from Spanish developer Hispavima.
Britain’s Roebuck AM and GFH Financial Group have acquired a third Amazon-operated last-mile logistics facility in Spain.
According to industry sources, Roebuck AM and the Bahreini investment bank GFH have bought the logistics platform located in Valladolid from the Spanish developer Hispavima for approximately €25 million.
The real estate consultancy Knight Frank and the law firm Dentons advised Roebuck AM and GFH on the deal for the logistics centre, which is on a plot of land measuring around 42,000 m2.
The sale is part of Roebuck’s investment strategy, as the fund specialises in Spain’s logistics sector, acquiring regional assets. The firm has already bought platforms in Zaragoza, Murcia and Alicante.
At the end of October, Roebuck AM announced that it would invest more than 300 million euros in logistics and offices in Spain and Portugal.
