The Mallorcan hotel chain RIU and its German partner TUI have put up for sale two holiday hotels located in Madeira (Portugal) and Lanzarote (Spain), as well as an urban one in Panama City.
In total, the three hotel complexes have more than 1,500 rooms and are owned by RIU Hotels, a company that is in turn owned by the Riu family (51%) and the tour operator TUI (49%), according to Expansión.
