The auction of a major portfolio of assets belonging to the bankrupt Reyal Urbis begins on 14 October, with a minimum bid of 220 million euros.
This Reyal Urbis mega-lot includes different assets, such as offices, hotels and land, located in the Madrid region, Catalonia, Murcia, Valencia, Andalusia, the Balearic Islands and Galicia.
In Madrid, the portfolio includes a garage with 319 parking spaces, a 10-storey office building, and three hotels with a total of 449 rooms, among other assets. In Catalonia, meanwhile, it includes two hotels with a total of 210 rooms. It also includes land in Murcia, Valencia, Jerez de la Frontera, Malaga, Palma and Vigo.
The auction, organised through the auction portal of the Consejo General de Procuradores de España, will start at noon on 14 October 2021 and will end at the same time on 21 December.
