The investment fund Revcap has acquired an office building in Madrid from the insurer MMT for 40 million euros, according to OkDiario.
Now, the buyer is going to carry out a major renovation of the property to adapt it to the requirements of the new tenant, the multinational video game firm Electronic Arts (EA). The American company, known around the world for developing the Fifa game for consoles, will move in once the repositioning work has been completed.
