In August, the average price of second-hand homes in Spain amounted to 1,712 euros per square metre, which represents a rise of 0.44% compared to July, according to the monthly sales prices report from pisos.com. In year-on-year terms, the increase amounted to 0.86%.
On the other hand, according to data from Idealista, the price of second-hand homes in Spain grew by 3.4% in August compared to the previous month, to reach 1,735 euros per square metre. However, compared to the same month in 2019, house prices fell by 0.8%.
