According to the half-yearly rental price report prepared by pisos.com, rental homes in Spain spanned an average surface area of 114 square metres in June 2020 and cost 990 euros per month on average.
That figure marked a monthly decrease of -0.20% and a quarterly decrease of -1.17%, during the months from April to June, when the end of lockdown began. But if we compare the figure with those recorded a year earlier, it represents an increase of 2.48% in half-yearly terms and of 4.98% in interannual terms.
