Sociedad de Tasación (ST) has published a new edition of its Urban Time Map report, a study that offers a global vision of the land market in Spain. This new edition updates the data that was published in February 2020 and so is the first to reflect the impact of Covid-19 on the market.
The study shows that the residential land market is in a stable situation, with general prudence and expectations at the national level. For this reason, areas with greater dynamism have seen their growth slow down, whilst the most depressed areas have stagnated further.
