Repsol has started the process of selling two plots of land, one for residential use and the other for tertiary use, which together span a buildable surface area of 37,000 square metres, opposite its headquarters in Madrid, on Calle Méndez Álvaro.
Specifically, these are the oil company’s last two plots in the area where it acquired several sites in 2012 and constructed its headquarters in the capital on one of them. Sources close to the operation point out that the company has entrusted the exclusive sales process to the consulting firm CBRE, which has declined to comment, according to El Confidencial.
