Renta Corporación, the real estate company specialising in the acquisition, renovation and sale of buildings has closed the purchase of an 18-unit building in Barcelona for 20 million euros.
The transaction involves 18 of the building’s 20 floors, a commercial space that is currently leased to the car brand Volvo and 120 parking spaces. In total, the operation affects an area spanning 4,800 square metres, with each home measuring 200-215 square metres.
