Renta Corporación and the Dutch company APG have come together again, as they did in 2017, to create a Socimi, this time specialising in nursing homes and health centres for the elderly.
Wellder, the name of the new company, has been created with the clear objective of establishing a portfolio of real estate assets in the “senior care” segment with a special focus on the quality of those assets and their ESG criteria.
