Following the acquisition of the new hotel establishment which comprises 481 rooms, the group now has five hotels in its portfolio. According to the company, investment funds, as well as domestic and local tourist chains had been interested in the complex, for which Relaxia has paid 51 million euros.
“This purchase represents an important step for the chain in its commitment to its consolidation in Gran Canaria, in addition to becoming a reference player in the tourism market in the Canary Islands by growing its portfolio to 1,230 rooms,” said the company in a statement.
