Realterm Sells a Logistics Warehouse Spanning 6,000 m2 in Barcelona

The asset is located in an excellent location in Cornellá de Llobregat, in the first metropolitan ring of the logistics market in Barcelona.

The real estate operator Realterm has sold a logistics warehouse with a total constructed surface area of 6,215 m2, built on a site spanning 6,373 m2. The operation has been advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The constructed surface area of the asset is distributed as follows: a logistics warehouse spanning 4,480 m2, offices spanning 560 m2, an order preparation area spanning 560 m2 and a basement spanning 615 m2. The warehouse will be leased in its entirety under a long-term lease contract.
