The investment manager Real I.S., which has been operating in Spain since the beginning of 2018, expects to continue growing in the country, investing between 150 million and 200 million euros per year.
In Spain, the firm’s general manager, Juan Jiménez-Hevia, told Expansión that Spain is the company’s number one priority, adding that they currently have built-to-rent, logistics, office and student residence projects at an advanced stage.
This is Real IS’s second foray into Spain, after the German management company left in 2017 after selling a property in Julián Camarillo.
