Residential – Alcácer do Sal receives FiniSal development
- Castelhana Real Estate has started the commercialization of the residential development FiniSal, by Imolimit, located in Alcácer do Sal.
- The project consists of 39 apartments ranging from T0 to T3, and offers amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool with views of the Sado River, a sauna, a gym, electric vehicle charging stations, and a designated space for bicycles.
- Construction is expected to begin soon, with a projected completion date of August 2025.
Residential – Vale S. Jorge Development launched with 70% of units reserved
- The Vale S. Jorge project, a private condominium in Guimarães, has been launched with 70% of the units reserved, about two months before construction begins.
- The new private condominium, located just minutes from the center of Guimarães, features T3+1 individual houses with a pool, as well as T2 and T3 apartments with contemporary design, pedestrian paths, a forest area, and private swimming pools.
- The project is developed by Fergue, designed by Plano Mais Arquitectura, and exclusively marketed by dipe. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2023.
Residential – Residential development born next to Fórum Barreiro
- Screendomus, a real estate developer, is responsible for the residential promotion of 200 units in the “Platinum Barreiro” project, located near the Fórum Barreiro. The project’s commercial value exceeds 90 million euros.
- The first phase of the project includes 116 apartments, with T2, T3, and T4 typologies distributed across 7 floors and 5 buildings. The delivery deadline for the first 62 apartments in blocks 1 and 2 is set for the first half of 2025.
- The Platinum concept, presented by the developer, offers spacious areas starting from 315,000 euros. Key features include living rooms of almost 50 square meters, laundry rooms in all units, balconies resembling terraces overlooking the city and the Tagus River, and 360º rooftops with green spaces and playgrounds.
