Office – Corum Asset Management buys a 13,000 sqm property in Milan’s Bovisasca area
- Corum Asset Management, part of the Corum Butler group, has acquired a 13,200 square meter office building in Milan, Italy. The building was previously leased to Gi Group and has long-term leases in place.
- CBRE acted as an advisor for Corum AM in the transaction. The building features modern construction, six above-ground floors, a basement, spacious lobby, dining area, outdoor space, and covered and uncovered parking.
- Corum AM is a French real estate fund with a portfolio of 113 assets across 12 European countries, primarily focused on office properties. They have been expanding their presence in Italy, including the acquisition of logistic platforms leased to Amazon and a Rome-based office building.
