Real Estate Investment Will Grow by 32% in Spain This Year

Deloitte predicts that 'value add' assets, such as data centres and build to rent homes, along with more mature assets, such as logistics and residential properties, will recover more quickly from the impact of Covid.

Real estate investment in Spain is expected to amount to 11.5 billion euros in 2021, which would represent an increase of 32% compared to the figure registered in 2020, according to the report “Real Estate Investment & Financing Keys” compiled by Deloitte.

In this sense, the survey respondents who participated in the report believe that the vaccine and immunity will be the keys to the recovery this year.
