Dynamism is rife in the Spanish real estate market. Real estate investment amounted to 3.8 billion euros in the first quarter of 2022, up by more than 141% compared to the same period in 2021, according to a report by the consulting firm JLL.
The areas that received the most investment were the hotel (30%), residential (28%) and office sectors (22%), according to Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, 91% of operations were carried out by foreign investors.
