Despite the macroeconomic uncertainty resulting from the current global environment, real estate investment in Spain has been positive in the second quarter of the year, according to the real estate investment report compiled by the real estate consultant BNP Paribas RE. The market is in a “unique” situation from the point of view of supply and existing investment opportunities across all segments of the sector.
A significant number of real estate sales processes -many of which are relatively large – are currently in the negotiation phase, and so BNP’s report predicts that 2022 could mark a new record year for real estate investment in Spain.
